Anne Harnan

Anne is a qualified home economist, specialising in all aspects of recipe writing, testing, demonstrations  and presentation of food for a variety of different media. 

She has almost 20 years’ experience in the food industry and has worked alongside some of the best known chefs in the country, as a TV home economist, assisting at food theatres or teaching in cookery schools.

She has worked for some of the major magazine titles that focus on food as well as with dominant publishers of food and cookery books.  

She has also benefited from a commercial focus working in new product development for well known food retailers, and showcasing kitchen appliances for major manufacturers.
