Antler & Olive brings a fresh, lively twist to Thame Festival with hands-on cocktail masterclasses designed for people who want more than just a drink. With 20 years of combined cocktail bar experience and a style that is all about fun rather than formality, these sessions offer the chance to learn, laugh and get involved.
Each masterclass begins with a short introduction to the world of cocktails before guiding guests through the essentials of mixing, flavour balancing and professional technique. You will be shown each step clearly by experts, making the experience approachable whether you are completely new to cocktail making or already enjoy experimenting at home.
Every participant will create two cocktails during the session, with expert guidance throughout, before finishing with a complimentary shot to celebrate. It is relaxed, interactive and full of personality, with no snobbery and no pressure, just really good drinks and a memorable festival experience.
Places are limited to just six guests per session, helping to keep each class personal and engaging. Guests taking part will also receive an exclusive discount on Antler & Olive’s freezable cocktail pouches, available to purchase beside the masterclass area. Booking is available online on a first come, first served basis, so early booking is strongly recommended.
