Locally produced Dexter Beef. Our cattle are born on our family farm and are slowly reared and finished on grass. The meat is traditional hung for 21 -28 days and we sell directly to the public either from the farm or through Farmers Markets. Dexter Beef is very tender and has exceptional flavour.
