Tess’ Brilliant Bakes started out in the family kitchen in Adderbury, North Oxfordshire. We outgrew our kitchen, and we now work from a bakery in a unit at a local farm. Tess isn’t the baker, she’s the baker’s daughter, but she’s definitely an encouraging presence in the kitchen! She can also often be found behind the counter at many of the shows and festivals we attend.
All of our products are made with the very best ingredients. We only use real butter, good quality flour from FWP Matthews in Milton-under-Wychwood, local free-range eggs and delicious Callebaut Belgian chocolate (which is made in Banbury!).
We are sure that you will taste the quality of ingredients used in our products.
