Lucie Greenwood

After a youth spent working in restaurants and cooking on yachts in the Caribbean followed by a career in event catering, Lucie took the plunge and started her own restaurant in 2013, The Milk Shed in Weston on the Green.

Only creating food she wants to cook and eat herself, The Milk Shed serves simple and delicious dishes with lots of influence from Moorish and Mediterranean cuisine.

Lucie is now spending as much time as possible, when not at the shed, at home in Cornwall working on her first cookbook.
