The Hawkstone Tasting Studio

Welcome to this year’s exciting new drinks discovery hub – hosted by writer and broadcaster Jane Rakison – who invites you to explore an irresistible mix of wine and Hawkstone tastings throughout the weekend

Welcome to The Hawkstone Tasting Studio

Jeremy Clarkson had a mission to create a proper British lager, so in 2021, when the Cotswolds’ best brewer met its worst farmer, Hawkstone was born. Since then, Hawkstone has grown to become the UK’s fastest-growing beer and cider brand, now proudly producing award-winning British beer, cider, and stout, and #backingbritishfarming.

They will be selling our delicious Premium Lager, crowned England’s best beer at the 2024 World Beer Awards. We’ll also have our top-selling Cider, and more, including our new spirits in our Festival Bar.

If you’re not sure what your favourite will be – head to The Hawkstone Studio where they’ll be running tasting sessions over the weekend.Studio’s guided tastings.

Alongside, Jane Rakison will be leading three complimentary wine tastings each day, helping you discover beautiful wines and learn what makes them shine. Whether you’re a beer lover, cider fan, spirit sipper or wine enthusiast – The Hawkstone Studio is the perfect place to raise a glass.

Schedule

One of each theme will take place each day

Superb wines from our very own shores are making the headlines on a daily basis, so come and taste sparkling and still wines that are energetic, mouth-watering and best of all, have a lower carbon footprint because they’re local!
The wine scene is pulsating with talented and experienced women, many of whom are winemakers, so we though it was time to celebrate the female take on the grape in all its delicious forms with a range of bottles from all over the world.
One of the biggest wine trends these days is to make wines more consciously as the wine industry – like everyone else – tries to lessen its impact on the planet. Come and taste knockout wines with good initiatives behind them, such as less packaging, organic production and regenerative farming.

The schedule may be subject to change.
