Our Tasting Studio will be pouring a carefully curated selection of outstanding British beers, ciders and small-batch spirits, all chosen to showcase the very best in flavour, craft and character – and to celebrate the producers behind them.
If you are not quite sure what your new favourite might be, head to The Tasting Studio, where guided tasting sessions will be running throughout the weekend. You will be able to sample a range of drinks, compare styles and pick up a few insider tips along the way.
Alongside this, Jane Rakison will be leading three complimentary wine tastings each day, helping you discover beautiful wines and understand what makes them shine. Whether you are a beer lover, cider fan, spirit sipper or wine enthusiast, The Tasting Studio is the perfect place to pause, explore and raise a glass.
Jane Rakison
Jane is an award-winning presenter, writer and author, best known as the wine expert on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen Live. She writes for various titles and has published two books, Wine & Food, and Wine: Everything You Need To Know. These days Jane likes to focus more on sustainable wine whenever possible.

Let’s toast inclusion! There are plenty of good things going on in the world of wine. Jane Rakison will serve up some wonderful wines that support women, communities, minorities and anyone contributing to a level playing field in the wino-sphere.
