We're Good to Go!

Our priority is to ensure the safety of our visitors, artists, stallholders and staff. We will watch Government advice and risk levels towards September and should we need to implement or relax precautions we will do so in-line with the latest recommendations.

With that in mind:

QR CODE – There will be a QR code at the festival, please scan as you make your way in.

PPE – All event staff you come into contact with will be required to wear Face coverings. Gloves may be worn on the festival entrance when handling money. All PPE will be properly disposed of.

HYGIENE – Touch points will be disinfected and loos cleaned regularly. We plan to space out our features and stalls to avoid pinch points.

We’re confident that Thame Food Festival will go ahead as planned on September 25th and 26th. But if that’s not possible due to Govt restrictions, we’ll refund your visitor tickets.

Please note that we will not be able to refund the booking fees, only the face value of tickets.

Book with COVID Confidence
We’re Good To Go” is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
